CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments cancelled within twenty four hours of your scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.

CHILDREN AND ADDITIONAL GUEST

Due to our intimate setting we are unable to accommodate children or additional guest.

NEW CLIENTS ONLY

All extensions services will require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

For extensions services, you will have the ability to reschedule your appointment once within fourteen days of your appointment date. A minimum of 48 hours reschedule notice is needed.

LATE POLICY

Clients fifteen or more minutes late may be subject to cancellation/reschedule.
